The Transplant Outreach Team serves as a liaison between community healthcare providers and the St. Luke's Cooley Transplant Center. Our skilled Outreach Coordinators provide physicians and patients with the education they need to make an informed decision about transplantation and assist them in connecting with our transplant programs. Our team can also be found around the community representing St. Luke's at transplant and organ donation awareness events.
