YOUR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AS A PATIENT
Authorization by your insurance company for medical services provided by Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center does not guarantee full payment of all charges. You will be responsible for all remaining costs.
You will be responsible for the following:
- All deductibles, co-payments and non-covered services as outlined in your health plan.
- Any balance between charges and what your insurance carrier pays as usual and customary charges.
- Contacting your insurer for a list of those charges and an explanation of how they are derived.
